Our story

In 2011, Benoit Hebert, expert consultant in Training and Human Resources, decided to found AllSetFor.com to facilitate the search for the best professional trainings for large companies and HR management.
Quickly joined by Guillaume Lablancherie, a man of communication and network, who took a new and strategic look at the company. Together they consolidated the brand and started spreading the values that now characterise it: a culture of service, the transmission of excellence, the exchange of expertise.
Thanks to a growing success, AllSetFor.com launched in 2017 an innovative platform that allows the best market training experts and customers to connect and develop tailor-made specific skills and competencies in large companies. The AllSetFor.com platform is now positioned as a reference tool on the professional training market.
Today AllSetFor.com continues to grow and relies on a multicultural team split between Paris and Barcelona. The brand is present today in France, the UK, Portugal, Spain and Morocco.

At AllSetFor.com we are willing to take action and to participate in events that are in line with our values.

For the second year, AllSetFor.com will participate in the Barcelona Triathlon. A moment of cohesion for the entire team and the idea of surpassing oneself through physical effort. This year we will collect more funds for charity organisation Centre Eugène Marquis.

In 2018, we are proud to take part in the incredible adventure of the “Route du Rhum” sail race as a sponsor alongside Arthur Le Vaillant on the Class40 Leyton. The surpassing of oneself, the performance and the innovation are the keywords for this mythical race. To learn more click here

Protecting the environment is a very important subject for the team and we try to take action on a daily basis, particularly by limiting our plastic consumption, also taking part in ecological events and making our staff aware of the eco-friendly reflexes. Locally in Barcelona our team support various initiatives like Surfrider Foundation and Zero Waste Barcelona Network.

FounderAfter University (MSG and MBA), Benoît spent 16 years in Training and Human Resources consulting, notably at Ernst & Young. He founded AllSetFor.com in 2011 to meet the needs of large companies and quickly provide the best experts on the market.

Associate General ManagerAfter a Business School, Guillaume gained experience in consulting and information within the SVP Group. Around the year 2000, he participated in the creation of two Internet start-ups, Marketo.com & NetBeat.com. He then joined the JCDecaux Group and Clear Channel Outdoor, world leaders in Communication, holding strategic positions, serving on the Executive Committee and Executive Committee. In 2015, he decided to use his expertise and invest in AllSetFor.com. Guillaume Lablancherie has been elected since 2015 to the MEDEF's ``Entrepreneurial Dynamics`` Commission.

Director of developmentAs an IT engineer, Emmanuel has more than 25 years of experience in IT and focused mainly on software solutions. For the past 15 years, Emmanuel has worked for an American eLearning platform publisher, Blackboard Inc, to help universities and businesses achieve their digital transformation. As Commercial Director, He has developed markets in France, Italy, Greece, South Africa, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Morocco. Emmanuel joined AllSetFor as Development Director, to support the company's strong growth on French and European markets.

Operations DirectorHolder of a Master's degree in RRHH training and a PhD in English Linguistics, Carmen has 20 years of experience in operations management in multinational companies (P & O, HP-Agilent Technologies, Reed Elsevier). Today, she brings to AllSetFor.com her experience in managing international teams, her multi-culture and her passion for professional training and human relations.

Innovation & Marketing DirectorAfter a master's degree in France and a BSc (HONS) in England, Gabriel Cardon began his career in 2000 at Toshiba France and took care of the development of intranets. After several business creations, he joined Splendia.com as CTO. Gabriel has decided to join AllSetFor.com as Innovation & Marketing Director, to support the brand's strong growth, accelerate the innovation and reach of AllSetFor.com.
